Independence Day

A day for national pride stirs up the patriotic chords in all of us. Our hearts fill with joy and happiness whenever the 15th of August comes because that was the day we got our freedom. We celebrate that great occasion with such happiness and pride so every year on that day we organize a program where we host the flag and every member of  “Begumpur Art and culture society’ sings the national anthem with pride. We revive the spirit of patriotism like that where we celebrate the day.

Republic day

When 26th January comes, we celebrate the day with proper pride and zeal. It’s a day to honor the constitution of India. We celebrate the day with patriotic fervor and pride at ”Begumpur Art and culture society”. We organize flag-hoisting ceremonies, and sports meets for kids and we arrange cultural programs to celebrate our constitution and encourage children to understand the importance of that day.

Children Day

Every year on the 14th of November we celebrate Children’s Day with the aim of spreading child awareness among the common people. Children’s Day is celebrated across India to increase awareness about the rights, education, and welfare of children. On this day all the children participate in the cultural program arranged by us.

Saraswati puja- cultural program

It is said that the greatness of a culture can be found in its culture. “Begumpur Art and culture society” celebrates the day for the goddess Saraswati who is known to be the goddess of education and knowledge. On this event, all the members of our organization pray to ma Saraswati and the day is known as Vasant Panchami. We organize many cultural programs starting from “sit and draw” competitions, singing, dancing other cultural events which are our favorite. 

Rakhi Utsav

“Begumpur Art and culture society” has taken the initiative to celebrate Raksha Bandhan with the members. On the occasion of this special day, we organized dance-song performances and recitations of some children’s poems. The main purpose of this Rakhi Bandhan festival was to teach people that Rakhi Bandhan is more than just a brother-sister bond. 

Holi Utsav 

It is a colorful festival that brings happiness to people who love colors. It symbolizes the exuberance of life. That day is particularly dedicated to celebrating love, forgiveness, and equality. We celebrate the event with much happiness with our members. “Begumpur Art and culture society” celebrates the day as an event to share happiness, love, and forgiveness.
